House Of David Auctions Terms & Conditions 

* You must register to enter, picture ID is required. 

* Everything must be paid for on the day of the auction. 

* All items must be picked up on the day of the auction. 

* All sales are final.

 * Do not move merchandise without auction personnel present.

 * All merchandise is sold: as is, where is, with no guarantees of any kind.

 * Plain clothes security personnel are present. Any person caught tampering with tags, rearranging merchandise, or shoplifting, will be prosecuted.

 * The order of the auction has been established. Please do not ask for items to be sold out of order.

 * We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.

 * No unattended Children allowed.

 * We accept all major credit cards (except for American Express & Discover cards), Cash, and checks are accepted.

 * A 10% buyers premium (+5% For Credit Cards) is added to all purchases.

 *And a Seven (7 %) percent sales tax added to all purchases unless you have a valid copy of your Annual Resale Certificate.
